If you have an existing account, you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment. If you do not have an account, you can register and proceed with the payment. Refunds from returns will be booked onto the registered account.

During the "payment" step of the checkout process, please select the option for Instant Bank Transfer. You will be asked to choose the bank with which you have an account. At the final step of the checkout, you can review your order and confirm your purchase. Depending on your device type and your bank's procedures, you will either be redirected to your online banking login page or your bank's app. Simply log in with your credentials to approve the online bank transfer. After successfully completing the payment, you will receive an order confirmation.

Deliveries to the US are managed by FedEx ,UPS, DHL and EMS

 

Due to international trading agreements and local customs restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain items to your location. We'll let you know if this is the case once you proceed to purchase.

Shipping for orders over $100 within the US/CA/AU is free of charge.

 

Delivery time takes about 5-13 days.

Cancellation Policies

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we have sent your parcel out, and 25% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are dispatched within 3-5 days, so if the order is shipped already, cancellation request will be refused.

 

Return Policies

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customersour philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased.

 

If there is any problems about the product, you must contact us within 3 days since you got your them, or return request will be refused.

 

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.

 

Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery ( FedEx /UPS/DHL /EMS).

Note: After you return back the product, available tracking number is needed!

 

We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to America must be returned from America. Otherwise, the return request will be refused. Shipping fees will be charged at your own expense.

 

Customized items cannot be returned.

 

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. You can also opt in to receive store credit for the refunded amount, which you can redeem on future purchases. Shipping costs will not be refunded in case of returns.

 

When returning items that arrived in separate parcels, please carefully pack them into their original packaging. Kindly use the individual labels for each parcel.

 

NOTE: Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund of credit.
